Gillet Vertigo. This thing was awesome in Gran Turismo.

Pretty awesome in really life too.
I remember being driven in the prototype by Tony Gillet back in the days, must've been 7 or 8 then. cloud9

When re-visiting the man 15 years later, his workshop was filled with Alfa TZ's and Ferraris (he seems to be specializing in preparation of valuable cars and carbon fibre repairs, next to small scale car manufacturing).
Very Marcos Mantis-like in that photo.

Other versions look more ugly:

They're all supermodels compared to the Mk1:

Spotted at MB World Brooklands earlier this year. 1 of 6 roadsters made. I think this was the Sultan of Brunei's RHD one.

Never knew this existed.

I have just seen my dream car.
This is currently owned by Vijay Mallya of Force India fame. The driver’s seat is wider than the passenger seat so as to accommodate is rather large butt

Suppose if you wanted to add the CLK-GTR you'd have to add all of these too.

Autozam AZ-1 (OK not strictly a supercar but it did have gullwings).
This one got me thinking, remembered this.

The GReddy VI-AZ1. Based on the above though obviously modified heavily.

Tuned 20B rotary RX-7 engine by RE Amemiya, F40 brakes and 962 transmission.

Now looks like this.

Very McLaren F1 from the rear at least. Wonder just how quick it is, probably mental.

One of these cars is up for sale at least, one of 6 Schuppan 962CR made.

Trust Bingo Sports to have it.

That's a concept car not an obscure supercar!
