93 can't see !

05 saab 93 tid dipped headlights might as well
Have 2 candles sitting up front, is it and issue with
Projector headlights in general or is it a saab problem?
Is going down the Hid route the best option ?

Got Xenons on my 9 5 Aero, no problem at all.

Osram Night breakers or equivalent make a big difference. Also next time your car is at a garage get them to set the headlights at the highest legal level.
