Can I ask where you got the carpet set from? I'm trying to make my turbo as winter friendly as possible...

fred666 on the vx forum sells them... Don't expect it to make it much warmer though!

Love the hard look of this in that colour!

Black plates look cool too.

I presume you have the fezzasus heater? If not, I implore you to get one fitted. My car has defrosted pretty quickly, condensation removed in double quick time and the cabin is toasty before you know it. My VX is a daily driver and this addition has made it so much more pleasurable.

Sorry for the off topic OP, the car is looking very nice!

It was always my plan to get one when I was looking, but reading the threads on .org it looks like I missed the boat. I've fixed the piping from the box to the cabin which helps a bit, but in reality it's mainly helped more cold/tepid air reach the cabin.

Great looking 220.

That 911 is the nuts. Speedster is awesome as well.

I recommend those large silica gel bags, stick one on the dash so it doesn't ice up the windscreen. I did once not do this and had to defrost the whole car and drive to work with no gloves, it was unpleasant but bearable...

Holy sh*t George this is looking absolutely fantastic! You'll have to take me out for a spin in it again wink

The black light cowlings make such a difference.

I've had to hold off on getting a VX for a while as I smacked my MX5 against a lamp post when I had a blow out. In the meantime though I have an MR2... just wishing it were 150kg lighter and harder to get in and out of rolleyes
