Important birthday coming up soon, so it is shopping time. The jlc is pictured on a leayher strap obviously this will be changed to metal because of my vegetarian beliefs.

I tried a cartier tank recently for myself, didnt get on with the feel of the crown, I see cartier agree and have altered it to be protected.

The AP I think is stunning, far more beautiful than their men's version (no surprise) but I cannot deny the allure of the tourby mechs.

Thoughts?

I'm sort of expecting this to be some sort of troll but not sure what.

You'd have to be absolutely certain she likes watches before dropping that sort of money.

One of the three is £30k more than the other two which seems odd to me.

Makes a change from more bloody bracelets.. no yes she does. Always nicking mine, loves the attention received from wearing something a little different. Although she did have a ghastly rolex habit when we met..

Ignore the price, I know people at the gallery and at this price point its not a consideration

I'd personally go for the Jaeger, however I'm certainly no authority on these things, but I'd put the Cartier as 2nd choice and the Audemars 3rd.

I aspire to a Duomètre à Sphérotourbillon in my wildest dreams, and am pretty biased toward the brand. Take from that what you will.

Other than the hard to pronounce name, there's nothing negative to say about that!

Another (cheaper) option is a JLC reverso duo in gold with diamonds on the "dress" face.

Make your mind up.

Ps reverso, pretty common now.
