Can anyone recommend an independent garage / specialist to do some investigation repair work on my very Non-PH Nissan Pathfinder in the Aberdeen'ish area?
Engine is misfiring on hard acceleration and main dealer servicing to date has been a pretty painful experience.

I have used AW Autotech just off King Street for years and they are very good and helpful, full diagnostic stuff as well!

Greenbank 4x4 off Wellington Road seem to have a good reputation.

To throw another spanner in the works those others are good garages

They aren't diesel experts

Was it Evans Halshaw that had the Nissan dealership when you were last at the dealer?

Greenbank 4x4 deal mainly with Land Rovers and do an excellent job, always pretty busy tho because they are so good, even SSE use them for their defenders instead of the Stealership! Give Colin or Euan a call and see if they can fit a Nissan in?

My daughter diagnosed your problem right away when I told her the problem and she said she would get it sorted pronto but oh I forgot you don't want to deal with the dealership any more.
