A fantastic weekend, marvellous atmosphere, fantastic air display, we were even treated to a mock dog fight, then a Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane flew past just before the fun in the sun started on the ground. An amazing range of cars all giving it full beans up the runway and then to finish it all off a great meal in the officers mess followed by the fabulous Dakota's. If it was any better I couldn't stand it!
We spoke to loads of very interested people some of which will undoubtedly join the MEV owners soon.
Some of the guests went to huge efforts and dressed in period costumes, we made lots of new friends. Rather weird that no other kit car manufacturers or kit car clubs or kit car magazines bothered to attend!
