C63 AMG Servicing - Service plan?

I am just about to service my 2010 C63 with Mercedes Benz Chelsea and they have offered me their service plan.
My car is due the 45,000 mile major service (I've done 11 months and only at 41,000 miles but need an MOT so getting both done) and I have been quoted that this cost is £1,090 as it needs EVERYTHING done inc gearbox oil, diff oil, brake fluid etc...
Their offer is a 12 month contract at £90 per month (£1080 per annum) to cover two services, this major service and the minor one in twelve months time. So as I get it, this service comes cheaper by £10. Wahoo! And the next service is completely free.
Not to mention free breakdown assist, courtesy car, collection, delivery and valeting. This seems like great customer service, or am I missing a massive something?!
