I've managed to punch a hole in the rear bumper where the tow hook cover is. (Was reversing a trailer through 90 degrees and a jutting edge touched the bumper). The plastic cover seems not be available online as it seems to be specific to the M5, and only normal 5 series covers are available. Anyone know a good BMW parts website where I might find it?

More importantly, I've managed to nick the plastic bumper itself just above the cover - does this look like a smart repair job, or will I need to replace the whole bumper? (Car is BMW Lease and I imagine if I return it in this condition, I will be charged for the whole bumper at dealer rates).

Yes perfectly do-able for an experienced tech as it looks in the pic that some re profiling of the plastic will be required.
Regarding the part Dealer would be the best bet, or have the job done to include parts and labour.
