Tuscan ecu help

Does anyone have an mbe E6549 to sell or I can borrow to prove the ecu problem on my Tuscan 4.0 L. Cannot get diagnostic cable to work on it now so unable to interrogate it the car starts and runs roughly but cannot Rev it just cuts out. Based in Northants
