Roof cement on front bumper

Hi all,

We were getting the roof fixed, unfortunately, they spilt some roof cement (I think). Its silver in colour. I didn't realise what it was as I was away when it happened, but tried to see what it was by scratching it off with my nail....doesn't seem to come off. Is it possible to remove it? or will I need to get a full respray?

Try a good polish first, you may need to try something with a light cut such as autoglym paint renovator.
