Small features you like about your car...
Discussion
I like the black roof lining in my Golf, makes the whole interior match. And the stereo is good by my standards (probably not compared to more modern ones though).
Is dual zone climate control considered a useful feature by many? I have it but don't see the point at all, never felt the need to have one side different to the other.

I often prefer the cabin to be slightly warmer than most of my passengers, so it's nice for them to be able to have it set to their temperature than to mine. If you only ever drive on your own, no, there isn't really much point, but if you have passengers regularly it can be.Is dual zone climate control considered a useful feature by many? It's also good if you're transporting food, on my car I can set the footwell on the passenger side to be cold, thus it keeps food a bit colder for longer; but then I also have a cool-box function in the centre console which is nice

Did one want a starter motor to start his engine, or will you do it manually because you aren't an invalid? You mention you like to use cruise control, why is this? Is it too difficult for you to maintain your speed by small variations in the amount of plantar- or dorsiflexion of you ankle to adjust for hills?
No because starting an engine is physically difficult and I'm likely to want to do it when I turn the key or press the button.Cruise control because I find it easier than moderating my own speed. I'm actually quite good at it - but cruise is better.
Please note this is a world away from listening to the radio and it turning down because of something else I'm doing, listening to parking sensors for example, doesn't mean that I don't want to know what's being said just then, particularly if at the same time I'm actually using my eyes like in the olden days to have inspected the space first and then judge the gap behind me. Ditto the mirror - I'd actually prefer to be able to see the cars I'm parking between at normal height. Lowering the mirror when you select reverse generally assumes you're parking next to a kerb which isn't always the case. Sometimes I do lower it - when I choose to.
For me, having the mirror move when I want it to be where it is makes things more difficult.
Have you tried the anti-stall on the latest Transits? Just means you can't creep in a queue without jumping forward and going faster than you want to, then it slows down just when the people behind think that's how fast you're going to go. Or you can leave a gap and have people pull in to it.

You set the control to the other mirror to get it to stop. You have an option. It's a small feature because you don't notice it at all unless you are 'pressing on'. You'd never need it in a town. Active torque differential on the Quattro. Amazing on the twisties - feels like you are being pushed into tight corners.

Who is sad enough to guess the car based on the feature?
Here see if you know what car does this:When coming to a dead stop, press the brake pedal down to the floor and when you let it go, the brakes stay applied (the brake lights dim slightly to avoid blinding following traffic). When you want to set off in stop-&-go traffic, nudge the throttle gently and the car will move forward, applying the brakes automatically when you ease off the pedal.
Key fob button to switch on/off headlights. Great in the dark for seeing around/annoying the neighbours.
Clip on windscreen for parking ticket.
Cruise controls are all on steering wheel in easy reach.
Heated windscreen for winter and fbh heater for car and engine in winter as well.
Auto wipers switch on rear if reversing.
4 cup holders in the front.
Split tailgate for loading up stuff, sitting on or opening the top section to shelter from rain if walking the dog.
Access mode in air suspension.
3rd row seats can be accessed with one hand, Clarkson did it wrong.
3 sun roofs.
All on my L319
