Leven Technology / PPC - fantastic service
Discussion
I have one of Leven's lovely water caps on my TVR Griffith, I have had this for around 7 years originally purchased from Simon when Leven was in Basildon. A short while stuck in traffic the radiator fans did not kick the car overheated and vented most of contents of the cooling system out through the pressure release valve in the water cap.
As per my usual experience with radiator caps once they have vented though the pressure relief valve they do not hold pressure reliably anymore.
I went to the Neil Garner day last Saturday and took the cap with me as I knew Paul and Jill would be there from Leven. I was hoping my cap would be able to be repaired rather than have to buy a new one. I explained to Paul what had happened and he said he could fit new internals into the cap. Great news, I told Paul no rush as I have the original cap on the car and to give me a call when it is done so I can pay for the repair and postage.
3 days later I receive this though the post....
You really cannot ask for better service than that I have always been a big fan of Leven accessories, I have most of them on my car and the quality and finish is fantastic.
I think we are really lucky to have companies such as Leven / PPC and ACT who continue to invest in producing great products for our cars and look after their customers.

Leven / PPC are among the best for customer service .
This reminds me of the Growl some years ago when I was considering buying their droplinks. The rose joints are covered with boots, obviously!, so I couldn't see them. Nonchalantly Paul picked up a pair of scissors and cut off a boot so I could see the rose joint. Fantastic service. Needless to say, I bought the droplinks after seeing the quality of the engineering. I've since purchased other products from them and every time, it's the same great customer service.
Keep it up!
