MK6 Fiesta - how do I use the dashboard?

Ok so I've had no luck finding instruction manuals online and it didn't have one with it.

How do I use the dashboard on my Mk6 Fiesta? I want to see the MPG readings, etc.

This. Quick press cycles through the screens, push and hold (when stationary) opens up the settings menu.
