From what I can tell this is the same as the one that turns up in Lidl or Aldi from time to time for about £13-15. I have the 'Aldi' one and it's very good, if you search it's been shown to be accurate.
I know someone who works in tool manufacturing/distribution and like a lot of tools they're basically made in the same Chinese factories then stamped with the different brands logos/boxes...
