Curious to see if many others on here practice it. I have been pushing myself more and more over the last few months and have also been enjoying some "hot" classes. I never knew it was possible to ever sweat so much!!

My local studio also offers "Broga" classes with a little more focus on bodyweight exercises. I have always aimed for a more "usable" strength with my body. I've never been invested in how much I could bench or squat and love the challenge the moves put on myself.

My sister is a yoga lover and I think she did hot yoga too (had a special name, will find it out!).

I did it before hockey training once thinking it'd be a good way of stretching and warming up. Boy was I wrong, I got on the ice and could barely move rofl

Planning on getting into it again, I do weight training already but would like something to relax with....... I just dread seeing Barbara Curries' camel toe on her dvd again hurl

Yes I try and go 3-4 times a week.

I only do body weight exercises as I require functional and low body fat fitness for skydiving and boxing.

I broke my spine in 3 places and find it helps loads!

I've realised pretty quick that although I have the physical strength to do some of the more advanced moves I lack the flexibility to be able to "flow" them together. I'm working pretty hard on handstands at the moment but shoulder flexibility is something I have to work on.
