I have been trawling ebay over the last month or so and I have noticed that there have been a lot of Sylva Leaders for sale, relative to the numbers produced.
Anybody else noticed?

I've had a couple. My second one looked great but drove like a dog, but my first one was a really lovely drive. I hired a Caterham shortly after selling it and was disappointed that although it was faster, it didn't feel as well planted as my old Leader.

those sylva models look a bit strange, but the later cars (striker, phoenix) have a very good reputation in terms of their suspension setup.

unfortunately leader and star models are 100% based on vauxhall....so front and rear suspension components do not look very sportive!!

Reading contemporary reports they handled as easily as well as any live axle Caterham and Westfield though.
