Assuming they're the usually Team Dynamics size for the Elise they should fit. According to the SELOC tech wiki the normal ones are:

Fronts: 16x7 ET30
Rears: 17x8 ET20

I've just changed the Bridgestone Potenzas on my S2 111s for AD07 LTS. Got them through the Lotus network and they are dated 2014.
They are an improvement in terms of grip and turn-in but the ride seems a bit harsher - is that anyone else's experience? Whereas before the car seemed to float over imperfections at speed, it now seems less compliant. Running standard pressures of 26F / 27.5R.

The sidewalls are quite stiff. A lot of people run slightly lowered pressures anyway.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.

Isn't the LTS designation down to a more flexible sidewall due to the low kerbweight of the car as opposed to compound changes? So non-LTS ones will give a less-compliant and edgier ride?

Are they still available for the S1 111S?
LTS designation on the AD07's indicates that it's a different compound with a different structure to better suit the intended characteristics of the Elise. By comparison the regular AD07 has a stiffer sidewall.
It gets really confusing when you realise that there are actually three versions of the AD07 not just two!

AD07 LTS - 'tuned' by Yokohama, tested and approved by Lotus to meet their factory handling requirements. Yes, still being made and yes still available for sale through Lotus Network. NOT available from Pneus any more.
AD07 (OLD compound) - Yokohama standard sports tyre. Stiffer sidewall and possibly harder compound although i haven't validated this by UTQG ratings.
AD07 (NEW compound) - Yokohama standard sports tyre with new compound to meet enviro regulations regarding noise and fuel consumption. This is technically a Lotus approved tyre as it's what is allegedly being put on their new Elise's in order to sell them with tyre's that meet the newer enviro regs.

It's just the 175 front tyres that are the problem here. As soon as you go up to a 195 or 205 using a wider front wheel that you can just run AD08R's all round. It's also worth keeping in mind that the 175 AD07 LTS tyre was chosen and 'tuned' to mildly understeer. Read into that what you will, but in my completely uneducated and semi-scientific mind, softening the sidewall for the LTS model will only increase the slip angle and reduce the 'twitchiness' and steering response speed of the car, effectively softening it again so it's safer or easier for the majority of the public to safely drive the car.
Also interesting is that the fear mongering around using non-LTS or even non-Yokohama tyres seems more prevalent in the UK than in the US (LotusTalk) or Australia (AussieElises).

FWIW, i'm running the 175 AD07 (non-LTS) front and 225 AD08R rear and have enough confidence to push the car to my limits which are well short of its. I may revise this statement once have had the opportunity to test the dynamics of the car at their limit on the track, but IMHO that's what track rubber is for and AD07/08/R's are NOT track rubber.

Ive got a set of brand new AD07 LTS for sale on the seloc website in the classified section. I should really advertise it on here as well.

Just an extra set that i didn't need. But all brand new.

As someone mentioned LTS have a different side wall which are beneficial for Lotus cars both on and off track.

No, that's the specs of the wheels themselves. 16x7 means 16 inch diameter and 7 inch wide; 30 is the offset of the hub mating surface from the centre of the wheel in mm; I don't know what "ET" means.

And when Lotus fits wheels of that spec, the tyres they fit are 205/45/16 and 225/45/17

oh, well I don't know that information... I just bought rimstock TD 1.2 wheels :-)
They fit my Pirelli winter tyres 195x45x16 and 225x45x16 but I can't get AD08R's at 195x45, figuring 205x45 will be ok...

AD08R all round, 205/45 on the front.

Whether 205s will fit on the front will depend on the offset of the wheels. If it's right they'll be fine; if it's slightly off they might foul the arches at full lock.

The Seloc techwiki suggests that those wheels are OK with 205s;
