conservatory installer in hertfordshire

I require a little bit of advice / recommendations.

We are looking to add a modest conservatory (3m x 3m approximately) to our house. We are looking to either buy an off the shelf one and get a local builder / odd job guy put it up (we have used him before and he does good work) the alternative is to get a bespoke one made and installed.
The problem is the off the shelf ones all look quite low quality (polycarbonate roofs, etc...) and so far all the companies we have had round to quote a. Take ages to get back to you (not a great sign) or b. Seem a bit shady.

Can someone either suggest somewhere I can buy a good quality off the shelf or recommend a good installer in the area?

I live in Welwyn gain city.
