The latest BBC4 Saturday night drama is Australian political thriller 'The Code'. Initial impressions are good, but it's a bit weird not needing subtitles!

Just finished the 2 first episodes. I will be watching the other 4.

A lot of the story line appears to have been shown, so wondering what else is going to happen.

Just had a look at what the Beeb have been acquiring recently for BBC4.

Two that we are familiar with
Spiral 5
The Bridge 3

and

Cordon
A new 10x60' series from Belgium. Everyday life in the centre of Antwerp comes to a sudden standstill when the area is hermetically sealed off from the outside world. The cause is a contagious and deadly virus which spreads like wildfire.

What happened to Bridge 2, missed that one.

Corden - James Corden gets tied to a stake in the centre of Antwerp.

Just finished watching episode 2 and I'm enjoying it so far.
And it's alway good to see Lucy Lawless back on my TV!

Can't believe this hasn't got more comments. Best thing on telly for a long time.

I don't know either, I always watch the imported dramas on BBBC4 at 9:00pm Saturdays.

I wasn't too impressed after the first episode didn't seem to go anywhere, but watched the 2nd as I'd picked it up on SeasonLink so gave it the benefit of the doubt. Was glad I did as it picked up and got going.

The Physanto security boss is, of course, also Dennis Kelly off of 'Underbelly' so must a serial baddie.

It's odd though, him & the journo only from Underbelly.

I thought every actor in Oz got a part in it.

It's well worth watching.

It'll be interesting to see exactly where they go with it, the story has been fairly open in how it's presented - you can see most of what all sides are up to as it goes along - but still manages to not give the game away about what's next.

I do find it slightly ironic that a programme based around the state being a bunch of bds was put together by the public broadcaster with lots of 'with assistance from' state credits.

On another note the way they've done all 'working on the computer' bits is pretty creative.
