Try JD Alloys in Cannock - they have done mine before and they have DT set up, excellent quality for price!

Yes mate I guessed that and I felt easy giving them it as they know I won't accept poor work.

At this rate I wish now I'd taken out the 'wheels' insurance (£500) when I took delivery of Vesuvius last year. She's in tomorrow for a second time with a kerbed DT alloy. Lancasters (Cambridge) will deal, not sure who they send it off to but I do know it'll be 150 squibs. frown

To manage your expectations, DT are difficult to repair.

The exact same colour is difficult to achieve, and the repair shop might tell you they can only achieve 95% colour match... So if you are a perfectionist you may want to do both wheels on the same side...
The other issue with DT is that when they are refurbished, the cutter will create a rounded leading edge that was not there originally.... You cannot see it from a distance but I know it always bothers me to know it is there ! But then I might be looking at my cars to closely !!!!

I imagine so - my BMW is going in for all 4 of its wheels next saturday, diamond cut and straightening (only minor damage but bad enough it can't be balanced out reliably). Diamond cut refurb is about £85 a wheel. They've said it might take a 4-5 days but they can store the car inside and from my visit there, all the cars were upmarket, all covered with protection while the work was done. Just hope they're as good as their reviews

What's odd is that I can't see any damage in that area (by the spoke next to the valve) on your original photo. So rather than not repairing your wheel properly they've actually damaged it themselves, no?
