Calling Mercedes Owners

Hi,

Just bought an ex demo C220 estate 2013. When the car starts and for the first couple of minutes driving, it shows the picture below on the dashboard screen. Anyone here know what means ? It's the same if there's no one sitting in the rear or if there's someone sitting there and belted up. Always shows that pic with three passengers.

My 2010 E class does the same. No idea why

That shows none of the rear seat belts have been done up, do one up & try again & it should show a belt on the image as well.

ETA: Read 1st post properly now, my pre facelift shows when belts are done up, if yours doesn't then don't know what the point of it is, pressing ok on the wheel should get rid of it.

Same happens on the new ML I just thought it was part of the initial check system since it happens whether anybody is in the back or not. Always goes out with the rest of the check lights so I've always ignored it.
