Radiator Recore

I have two custom made radiators on my car. The fins on the rads have taken a battering and cooling has suffered as a result.

Does anyone know of a place that can recore them? Preferably in the NW but willing to travel if needed.

This guy refused to repair a radiator I had bought, new, from a classic car dealer. He said it was cheap, Chinese rubbish, and wasn't repairable. I think that's a sort of recommendation:
