Graphic designer wanted for company logo - recommendations ?

Hi there,

I have a business idea pretty much ready to go. I have tried to knock a logo up but just cannot get anything I am remotely happy with as I believe the logo design is really going to be a huge part of how successful my business will be in the early stages.

Its time for me to find a graphic designer and I thought I would post here incase any one has a recommendations.

I love working face to face so someone in either the Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire or Gtr Manchester would be ideal as these are all areas I am in for my day job and this would give me the chance to sit down with the designer in person.

Not looking to pay fortunes, but similarly appreciate I have to pay for something of the quality I am looking for.

So as not to break the rules of advertising on PH please email me via my profile if you are a graphic designer who would be interested in perhaps working on my new idea.

I did read it, but still think my suggestion is valid. Personally we get just as much out of a good phone call, or skype or whatever.

We've got client's all over the world - I've only met about 10% of them.

I don't know if you've looked into this or not, but if your logo isn't massively complex I'd suggest taking a look at Fiverr. There are some massively talented people on there who could produce you something great for less than $50, with .PSD files for editing too.
