Quick question for other Sports Racer owners...

Does your car have the under dash mood lighting which activates when the doors are open? Mine has it in the doors but nothing under the suede band above the glove box and across the centre console.

There seems to be a bit of confusion as to whether it should be fitted or not, seems odd and personally I never saw one at the factory with the lighting in the doors but not under the dash but that doesn't mean I'm right!!

All the ones I've seen have it in the three places so I thought it would have been standard.

Maybe it is broken?

My thoughts too but it's actually missing on my car and has been from new!

It went in to have it fitted under warranty but now the factory have changed their mind about whether it should be there or not. It's all a bit confusing and I'm not entirely convinced!

I bought the Evora light kit to fit into my Sagaris and they supplied the 3 strip units - 2x doors, 1x front.

Maybe it has changed since 2012

My LE has it in both doors, above the glove box on the passenger side and the bit below the sport button etc on the drivers side.

My SR S came off the production line in April 14. Has lighting in the doors and footwell only.

Thanks, that's what I needed to know!

Looks as if the wiring isn't present anyway so it would be a fairly big job to add it. Who knows, if the dash comes out for a rattle or something at some point I might put it in as the parts are only about 100 quid
