450 v8 engine camshaft

hello, i want ask to you if the engine 450 of Griffith is the same of the engine of the chimera 450. these engines are the same of 4.6 of range rover p38? i want know what camshaft has the engine of chimera 450 and what camshaft has the engine of Griffith 450.

I am not sure they ever made a Griffith 450.....only Chimaera 450.
