Spent Monday at Brands with Circuit Days. First time, really friendly and professional, could not fault them.

I was at Brands to on Monday, a great day, well run and a good bunch of guys. The only slight critisism I'd have is that possibly a few too many cars let on track at any one time, Brands is a very small circuit and it seemed a bit cluttered at times. But that's a very minor point, still had a great day. smile

... they seemed to let a lot of cars on track at the same time, really had a feeling of being busy.
One of the most memorable track days I have done was an evening at Donny with these guys a couple or three years back. It was mega busy early on but everyone must have got bored or burned out because with about 1/2 hour or so left to go the track emptied so I thought to hell with it lets get some laps in. For the next 10 minutes or so I had the whole of Donny National to myself, it was like a private test session in the setting summer evening. Then a couple or three other race cars that were there noticed this was to good an opportunity to miss and joined in the fun. I was beyond shattered that day but that half hour or so was some of the most enjoyable driving I have ever had in my car.

Hi

Im just about to book a track day with these guy.

Does this clause really stand up? I don't recall seeing it with any other providers...

"We reserve the right to amend or cancel any event or venue. Under such situations no refunds will be issued. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible"

Cheers

I have heard that of many organisers in the past but in reality i have bever known anyone to hve been shafted. Even when events have been drastically foreshortaned or cancelled, credits are normally handed out.
If in doubtt ping Circuit Days an email or call them. They are good guys who wouldn't want to lose their customers.
On a flipside the clause can be used to expell drivers who are not wanted on track and need to be shown the door.

Thanks, perhaps I'm being overly cautious, as I have only heard good things about them.

Always pay by credit card - so you've got a fallback if they decide to cancel.
