Decent off road tyres for 19s

Looking to see if anyone has any ideas for this. I've asked on a few sites and not really getting too far with info.
I have Duratrac's on my D3 on 19s, they have been a great tyre but i have killed my 2nd tyre due to a sidewall puncture. I don't do a lot of rocky driving, and i generally have a spotter mate helping keep the car away from the worst of the rocks. However, the lanes in the Lake District do have lots of rocky areas.
Now, while i love the Dura for it's superb all round ability for every condition i use it in. 2 ply sidewall's are VERY weak and google shows up that holed side walls on these tyres is a very common thing to do.
So. Is there another tyre i should be considering?
I need something that is good on road, can cope well with dry and wet road.
Is good in snow and icy conditions.
Is good in muddy conditions, gravel, grass, sand and everything else.
So basically. I need a tyre that is superb in every condition. Should be easy to fill that minor brief..
I've seen the GG AT in action, but i'm far from impressed at it's mud capabilities. I've mates with them on and i would say that the Dura is better.
Pirelli ATR also seem to have issues with muddy conditions as well.
Cooper LTZ have sidewall issues on some batches, i think this has been sorted, but not sure on mud capability.
We get a lot of muddy sites in Scotland and the last thing i want is a car that can't cope with mud due to tyres not cleaning properly. I get enough abuse from my mates without adding that to the list..
Is there any tyre i should consider looking at?
Or am i better off sticking with what i know and get another set of Dura's and keep the remaining 3 as spares?
I will add that due to having the Brembo brake upgrade. I'm 19 inch wheel only. 18's are a no go unless it's a set of Comp PD1880. Which won't happen as they are beyond silly money. a wheel alone is £254 each. I would need 5. Then tyres. I can get Duras for £139 each in 19s.
