Effects of heavy alcohol week or should I get worried ?

Sounds like you allready know the answer to this one, can never be too safe when it comes to heart issues, especially when theres a family history there as well, get yourself checked out asap, personally ide be heading to the nearest a&e departent just for the peace of mind.

Symptoms have eased now. Wasn't stressed but then spent about 3k this afternoon and not sure I was happy.

Numbness has reached my shoulder but is less defined.
To be honest this is kind of normal (last two years) but a bit more intense.

Not running across to the hospital ( 100 mts away because last false alarm visit cost 5k).
