Big concern for me would be the lack of boot space (less than a Caterham?).
Also for any UK weekend trips you're going to want some rain protection just in case.

PS. Must you criticise the design to get a factory tour invitation?
I'd be interested in seeing the facilities just from an automotive / production engineering point of view.
I would have thought if they can make a simple windscreen with wiper a bolt on addition, could they make a rear boot that bolts on (with space for the optional soft top to be stored).
So before you set off on your jouney you can ad or remove whatever parts of the car you need.

I used one of these when I had an Elise. I've used it on my C43 as well!

scubadude, nobody cares what you think about car design. You've hijacked a thread to promote your own useless opinions. But, as you say, everyone's entitled to an opinion, so here are mine:

You're wrong, in so many ways that even when you're right about something, you're still wrong.

Your estate is ugly, even for an estate. My estate is prettier than yours and more practical. Your van is off the hideous scale.

Your website is appalling.

Your ego is larger than some of the bath toys you're selling.

That is all.

Scubadude,

You may know that we are hosting a PH Sunday Service this Sunday, 26th October. I am really pleased to say we are fully subscribed for this event though something tells me you may not have signed up for it! So, if you fancy a trip up to sunny Norfolk on another day then here is an open invitation for you to come and see the factory and more importantly meet the team. We can also take you through the design process (yes, you may not believe it but there is one!) and at least this way we can explain to you the Zenos approach, our product plans and you may ask any question you like and we will endeavour to answer as best we can.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Ansar

If the Sunday Service is subscribe-only then I'm afraid I've missed the boat, but if that's a general invitation for another day I only live up the road...
Seriously, I'd love a look round if that's allowed, though in the interests of full disclosure, like Mr Scubadude I won't be likely to buy one soon, due to house-buying-induced crushing poverty. But I at least promise to be nice!

At least he lists his cars. Plus, recent responses clearly negate the original post.

You haven't missed the boat. The people who booked but now can't make it have pulled out, 23 spaces as of this moment.

I like this. Been looking for a replacement for a Caterham in the long term, but not something silly expensive. The 7 is great fun on track but frankly a bit poor off track, and an Elise is a bit too soft as a replacement. Other options like a second hand Cayman etc just seem a bit, well, dull. This looks fresh, tuneable and in a couple of years, kinks will have Ben ironed out. Watching with interest.

In terms of the looks debate, I quite like it, apart from its rather depressed looking face. But such things are subjective. Cars of this type for me, are more interesting for how they drive, and I look forward to trying one.

Bugger. I've now agreed to spend tomorrow morning visiting family...

"That's right young children. Come for a 4 hour round trip drive to watch Uncle Blearyeyedboy stare at a car..." hehe

I'm too impecunious for one anyway so I hope that Zenos gets a significant number of paying customers through its doors instead of penniless beggars like me. hehe It'd be great to see this company succeed. I think it's no exaggeration to say that this is the most original thing introduced to this part of the market since the Mk1 Elise.

I did make it in the end - Put my name own at 9 o'clock this morning before heading out on the bike!
Have to say I was very impressed with the team and the whole set up inspires confidence. I had a drive in the prototype (E10 WOW - the same one as PH) and have to say if I had £25k burning a hole in my pocket for a new track/road car I'd be very, very hard pressed to justify NOT buying a Zenos - and that's based on 15 minutes in a raggedy proto. The green mock up they had looked gorgeous.
Also, free bacon.

If, by panigali you mean Honda NC700X commuter hack*, then yes, yes I was. With heated grips!

*Hack is a little unfair, it's a brilliant bike for what I want.

I was there too and have to agree it seems well thought out and the guys certainly give the impression of knowing what they are doing/letting themselves in for (as well they should given their backgrounds). All things considered, I think I'm going to start saving for an E12.

Also, free bacon.
