How many of us run during our lunch times?

For me:
Location: London Bridge
Duration: 33-40mins
Mileage: 5.2m

you can't be that far from me then, I sometimes run round the shadwell basin from london bridge which is about 4 miles I think, usually 33 mins.

Thanks. Not quick enough though.

I know a guy who runs up to Canary Wharf (5 miles) and back in 25 mins! Now that is F fast.

I do that route also.

I love the embankment though, absolutely epic. Feel like a tourist at times seeing the sites and racing along.

Me! Starting from Booths Park on the outskirts of Knutsford. I've got a couple of runs mapped out, just over 3 miles or 4.1 if I feel like going for it. We're only supposed to get half an hour for lunch so try to fit in 30 mins of running and get the changes/shower over as quick as I can. Did the 4 today in just over 30m - I'm not a fast runner so to be able to do that kind of pace is really good for me cool
