XjR /xjR springs

Does anyone know if xjR and xkr are the same springs?

Using the xjR or xkr might only lower it by 15mm,,I spoke to a mate who is in car design at JLR and when they design the R versions they only lower them slightly from standard, so I might have to go for aftermarket ones from an independant ,it's a lot of work to change them all and not gain a lot
