Flew back from Mexico last night and was a bit bumpy to say the least and landed about 6:30am a bit of crosswind but not to bad.

Currently Sat off the south coast 30 miles out from land, theres a good swell going on with 40 mph winds at the minute. I nearly flew out my bed at one point in the middle of the night.

My hair got blown out of shape on my way to the car in Clapham this morning, but it's gentle and calm at the office here in Camberley.

The wind is creating some quite cool drifts (not the technical term I realise) from the small jets coming into Biggin Hill... Looks a little hairy!

My potted magnolia blew over again. Since the last event of destruction, I had even weighted the pot with some bricks - but no match for the power of nature!

My mate in London came home for lunch to find the real horror of the impact of this severe weather....

I swiftly gave him a few contact numbers for counseling if he needed it.

I love these posts every time we have one of these threads! These, and the ones with the fallen-over garden chairs. They're fabulous, they really make my day, such a chuckle!!
