Probably something from Halfords, it's the only shop big enough to ride through, all the other shop are too small to turn round in.

Gazza has never been to a Decathlon store then? You have to keep your eyes open while in there as there are so many people dicking about on bikes.

I'd like to try a Cannondale Supersix as I am new to road bikes and only know what an entry level CAAD8 is like.

I have a CAAD8 winter bike and a super six. Same geometry. SS is waaaaay better. Get one. If you're at the PH get together at the wiggle circuit breaker you can try mine

Thanks Mike - Kind offer.

I bought the CAAD8 after getting the itch to try road cycling. If I am still cycling more than using my motorbike in 12 months time, I will dip into my future new motorbike pot and get an SS and keep my CAAD8 as a commuter/winter bike.

No, no I haven't. Nearest one is an hours drive away, on the wrong side of Sheffield.

Is there a right side of Sheffield?

If you are spending enough money, a trip to the Canyon showroom is probably worthwhile, I'm sure you could fill a car with interested parties and its do-able in a day... right now I'd like a go on a Look 795 Aerolight but I dont have teh £8k to buy one so it would be like going to the playboy mansion and then putting on a blindfold....

The UK distributor has their outlet in Swindon. They told me a few months ago that from next spring they plan to allow people to take out any of their bikes for a test rides. Do group / club invites etc.
