Workshop manual?

Having just rejoined the world of Seven ownership and had a bit of a search I can't find anything sensible, does such a thing exist for the K Series era of Sevens?
My first one was 25 years ago and at the time Caterham did a purple coloured manual that wasn't too bad (which I will still have somewhere if it is worth anything to anyone?)

I guess I should be relieved someone didn't come up with a link in 5 seconds flat

There will be a PDF for the build manual around. I may even have it at home for the K Series years. Currently out n about.

You can also get a Haynes for the Rover K Series, possibly via the MGF/ Elise.

Saying that, it looks like the K series manual is only for the 1.4!

If you register on the CC website you can download various build manuals. For the engine itself there must be plenty of Haynes manuals available as someone suggested above, mgf would be another option.
