Hmm... That thread doesn't inspire me with mich confidence - especially the bit where the reply from the NL is mentioned...
So then the £10 I put into my account, bad idea? hehe
I'm thinking the same hehe

I've just checked and I've received the new email- thanks. However, the syndicate tool looks more than a little dodgy to me. Is there any other way that I can send the money to you instead? If not, no worries but I thought I'd ask.

Cheers
Thomas

The fact that the top "testimonial" is by someone with the same surname as the director of the company that runs the site does sound a small alarm bell.

Also not wild about the fact that they can change the T&C by simply posting them on their site and without giving any notification to users : https://www.syndicatetool.com/terms

Got Ofsted in tomorrow and Thursday. Just finished plans - suitably cream crackered. Going to struggle to look at this until close to the weekend. Will answer emails and queries then.

With re: to the syndicate website - we don't have to use it. I hadn't heard of it until it was mentioned in this thread. But Paypal threw a hissy fit and ideally I don't want to be emailing out bank details. So other suggestions are always welcome. Though if we just fund it through the syndicate website and buy the tickets separately (not through them) and just paste images like I have been doing that eliminates concern about ownership of tickets, etc.

Feel free to keep discussing until we come to some sort of agreement or consensus.

I'd happily swallow paypal fees on a couple of quid if it makes your life easier. No email BTW here.

And me. Happy to pay the fee rather than use dodgysyndicatewebsite.com.

I thought there were two methods of payment and one does not incur a fee.

+1

Noticed a couple of spelling mistakes and did 'wonder' but since we were all doing it... I am such a Lemming wink

Still, I used a CC and not DC, so should be fine IF anything happens!

the personal loss would be £20 in my case if we go another way, ideally if we can use this up before moving on then that would help. I am sure that I am not the only one to have £20 in there.

Paypal view such things as abuse of the system (many fee-less transactions) & can close the account. Sure it'll be in their terms with bigger words, but that's the gist of it.

73 people have failed to accept the terms so without looking, the date of expiry to add in new people must be coming up.

Right, I'm here! Will work back through these replies and my emails. Yes, Ofsted have left. And yes, the school is out of special measures - thanks in no small part to the turnaround in English results biglaughread

I exported all original emails from Paypal payments to Excel then put them in chunks of 50 into the email notification section of the syndicate site - it won't take more than 50 at once. If you've not received an email please check that you actually monitor your Paypal email (and don't use a different one for normal email, e.g. if it's an old account) and that it didn't go to your spam/trash.
