A mate of mine bought one in the late 70's It needed a good tidy but otherwise it was in good nick. A decent engine tune & service & reskin of the doors & it looked very good & drove well, it is based on Fiat 125 so decent suspension. He part chopped it against a near new Dolomite Sprint & got a lot of money for it. His was a Royal Blue so probably not this one.
These guys always seem to have an interesting and correctly priced listing. The D-Type will be a fun project for someone

Always thought these were lovely. Used to know someone who had two of them and a Rover P6 Estate sat rotting in his yard - repeated attempts failed to persuade him to sell or even move them to somewhere more sheltered. Being a Vignale Fiat I can only conclude that they turned to dust many moons ago...
