Hotels that cater for disabled people in Belgium or Europe

Hello!

Not sure where to post this really but thought health matters would be the best fit. Please note the title is intentional, not looking for a holiday inn with a "disabled friendly" room. We are trying to find a suitable hotel or apartment like this http://www.ineedaholidaytoo.com/pages/la_roche_der... but in Belgium ideally.

Father in law is wheel chair bound with no mobility in a 250kg wheelchair. So we would need all the kit their hoists, wider doors etc. I'm just hoping someone knows of these kind of places as you can't exactly speak to a travel agent and would love to get him somewhere abroad.

I have tried general Internet searches but it mostly points me towards "disabled friendly" places.

Try Belgium Tourist office in London. Their website has gone loopy this evening but they are on 020 7531 0390. Travel agents can only do the mainstream stuff.

A friendlier, helpful nation that would be hard to beat with open minds and accommodation for every member of society. And they bloomin Love us British. (Except the pished ones) history you see.
