I am probably missing the bleeding obvious here, but how do people get watches with bracelets to fit securely in their watchwinders? I have a mix of straps and bracelets on my automatics. It is easy to cinch a strap round the standard oval cushion that drops into a watchwinder slot, but when closed the bracelets are too loose, can't be tightened further and the watches just flop around. I have two watchwinders and the pads are the same size (so I guess standard) on both, about 16cm round whereas my wrist size is 19cm. Any solutions that will look better than foam padding?

Bigger pads is the only answer or padding out the ones supplied.

Have a look on eBay for jewellery pads/cushions? Or use some pipe insulation - that grey tubular foam stuff.

You've obviously got very manly wrists - I never have the problem i.e. the watches sit perfectly with the cushion.

P.S. I accept it may be because I've got girly wrists and not that you're a descendant of He-Man.

Thanks all. The pipe insulation idea sounds promising. Manly wrists, eh? If you say so... smile
