Spotted a GT4 sitting outside in the rain at a local dealership today. White, LHD with decent options - Clubsport with buckets, PCM, Xenons, Leather with red deviated stitching, red belts, etc.
Was surprised to see it is for sale at list price, I suspect its the demo car as it had plates on. I think it even suffered some slight hail damage from the thunderstorms yesterday, not sure why they would just let it stand in the open. Can't tell for certain because it was soaking wet.
Mind you this is in Austria so +30% tax on the list price and options due to emissions. Minus the tax it's around 93800 € = 67500 GBP.

Tyres: just looking at my second GT4 'in the metal' - down at DK getting some work done on another car and they have an unregistered left-drive car here for a client. Interestingly it's on Dunlops rather than Michelins. Are any folks who have their cars already on tyres other than Michelins? Not making any judgement until I drive them - just interesting.
I got a surprising call from my dealer the the other day. I am down to you on my list of GT4 – you have 48 hours to decide if you want the car.
The problem I was told back in march that there was no chance getting a car before summer 2016. The were completely sold out, with quite a long waiting list. So I decided to get a GTS instead. The car was expected to be built during August, with delivery in September. Which gave me roughly 6 months with the GTS. However after adding the bucket seats and build slot dropped 10 - 14 weeks. So I decided to order the car, but take delivery on April 1st, exactly 12 months on the day that I took delivery of the GTS.
I don't know what to feel to be honest. It feels a bit surrealistic, but it seems that I will be in a GT4 in time for the start of the new season. :-D It seems like Porsche decided to increase production, having read that several dealers across Europe seem to be getting more cars.

is it confirmed that the total numbers coming to the Uk have increased? Initially I was told by my dealer that they were getting 4 for 2015 and 4 for 2016. I was then told that they were getting 8 this year but none for next year.
Does anybody know any more??
nope just hype and people being told of 2016 cars early as 2015 cars as build stops quite soon in 2016.Does anybody know any more??
I still say 200 cars until we hear real info.

Had call confirming Nov build which is great. Understand Porsche building 17 a day for worldwide production.

My understanding is from build slot to arrival at your dealership is weeks not months!ie my car was built mid/late June 2011 and was in the country by 3rd of July!
So if you car is built mid November you should have for xmas.
Unless you live outside of Europe
I guess he's including the delays being quoted for Buckets and Club sport .So if you car is built mid November you should have for xmas.
