Hi all, had the usual issue with the cable kinking from the heater dials to the heater box in the dash. The White plastic fin type control lever at the side of the box in the pic below was removed due to a broken plastic sprung washer at the 5.5mm bolt.

Now need advice or a diagram to establish the correct position of the three operating levers that locate into the rear of this fin type main lever.

Hopefully will make some sense to someone with knowledge as have pursavered all weekend to no avail! Can't find a detailed pic on the net to assist?

Did sort it of a fashion, turns out the issues are on the cams in the switchgear not here at the heater. Let me know I what issue is with yours, feel free to PM me.

Hi I'm having the same problem , the side cam was broken so I managed to repair and remount after trying several possible positions for the cam to link onto the pegs the slot into the grooves , however I have hardly any air on the screen when in that position and same with dash vents
