tamiya wild willy, lunchbox or pumpkin
Discussion
I haven't really got a useful reply, other than I soooo wanted a lunchbox when I was a kid.my local model shop was trains downstairs, and rc upstairs, and it was crammed with tamiya boxes. I can't remember what I had, I think it was a Red Devil, it was great, but always that step below a lunchbox.Lol.
Does bring back memories. I had a Super Champ when I was a lad! I've now got a Hot Shot and also one of the "new" Sand Scorchers. The Hot Shot is done and the Sand Scorcher is work in progress. Love working on them when I get any spare time. Bought for my 21 month old son. Obviously. Goes well alongside the Scalextric!
I'd like to get a RTR car for my 8 year old daughter and as a kid I had a hornet so a tamiya will have a nostalgic element. What do people recommend budget wise £75 - £150?
The Hornet did die a horrible death though - the AA batteries that powered the servos shook loose and it headed across an A road and almost made it until it got hit by a bus

Bring it down with you, plenty of sandy beach and tarmac seafront to play on here!Gassing Station | Scale Models | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
