Yeah, a selection of about 20 odd, all different. Or I did with my Inissia, presume it will be the same.

Just ordered a Latissima plus for collection tomorrow, then it occurred to me.. do you get any pods inside the box?
You should get a 16 sampling pack.

If you have poor flow on start up pump the the lever about 20 times to clear any air lock.

Make sure the aspiration tube inside the milk frother has the holes in the 3 and 9 pm position as you're facing the machine.

If the bottom right hand coffee button flashes on range in the first couple of months then it just wants it's water hardness setting.

If you find the milk not hot enough, you can hold down the clean button for about 20 seconds to preheat.

Oh and if you screw up all the settings, you can factory reset by opening the capsule door, turn off the machine, hold down all four coffee buttons whilst simultaneously turning the machine back on and waiting for them to flash after about 5 seconds.

It says to do so in the manual. Just clean it by holding the clean button until the lights flash, disconnect and put in fridge. You should then give the container a proper wash a couple of times per week.
