RV8 engine info

I have my 4.5 out of the car while I am repairing its front end so decided to have a check over
53k with full regular servicing, very strong powerful engine with no issues apart from leaking rear main oilseal, however, as it was out decided to check cam and found 2 exhaust lobes badly worn and marks on cam bearing shells, ok crank can come out to replace cam shells and I know the mains are ok because I checked condition recently while investigating an oil pressure issue so I am hoping big ends will be in similar condition and all bearings will just need new shells (oil pressure was good when the gauge was not messing about!!)
Questions are....
Do the big end bolts need replacement when removed ie are they stretch
If not stretch then settings for mains, big ends and front pulley
