I keep getting these really annoying malware style popups, but only when on PH:

It keeps trying to install a .exe file on my PC and takes a lot of fuss with anti-malware tools to fix it. Is this a PH problem?

I've never seen that, have you scanned your device for a lurghi?

Yeah I did, ran all sorts of cleaners and anti-malware programmes. The trouble is with these programmes is that they then run continually in the background and take up loads of resource.

These messages only come up on PH though.

Removed this one from my neighbour's laptop yesterday. Malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org) free version will remove it.

You may need to restart in safe mode first.

You might try Rogue Killer http://www.adlice.com/softwares/roguekiller/).BUT be aware that it does give false positives, ( it shows my home page ,Yahoo, as possible PUM), leaving it to you to decide ,rather than leaving things out. I had a similar problem on ,and only on PH. Someone suggested Ghostery. https://www.ghostery.com/en/download.Since then ,no more problems.
