Good file sharing app between work colleagues

Any recommendation for a good app to share and store documents in the cloud? Would eed to have a main administration. I currently use Google drive so something similar but with a main admin. I don't believe Google drive allows the above?

When I was last looking at this I found box.com was better in terms of central administration. Google Apps is good but I find the Google drive admin to be a challenge to say the least - very easy to lose control over who's sharing what (why haven't they fixed this?!)

Dropbox is good too and it's also the one that most people are familiar with/already have.
