I've had issues with iTunes lately which has resulted in me having to pretty much upload every album I own again due to a song or two missing. Anyway, having done this over the last few weeks it has resulted in me listening to albums again that I might not have listened to for something like 10 years.

Particular highlights have included Machine Head - Burning Red, Slayer - Decade of Aggression, Tool - All albums and The Mad Caddies - All albums and the original Slipknot album.

I used to be massively into these bands around 2000ish when I was 17, but its been a revelation making the effort to listen to them again after some time. So, from these bands, have I missed anything special over the last 10 years? Have Slipknot released anything as good as their original album, any news on a new Tool album?

It feels great to be 17 years old again smile
