I am hoping to order one of these over the next week with about 5k of extras. I have heard rumours of some pretty sizeable discounts and / or Audi contributions to PCP. Can anyone confirm what sort of deals are available? My dealer is playing hard ball and I want to go into negotiations well armed!

go on a broker site like Broadspeed and get a quote and see if they can match it. worked for me.
Also, Kings Lynn and Bath Audi get good press on other forum sites in regards to putting together a good deal - if they are not local to you, dont be afraid to make the trip especially if its worth 5-10%.

As per GLM mentioned go to Broadspeed, alternatively you could approach an Audi dealer yourself and save the brokerage fee. I would suggest you go to Crawley Audi and have another quote to play each other off.
I've secured 6,966GBP dealer discount, coupled with PCP contribution of 3,000GBP, total a smidge under 10k!
With the PCP deal, you can adjust the miles to maximum which will give you a very small balloon at the end, around 3k, so it is almost like a HP deal but without the large balloon at the end. So you can get the best of both worlds if you wish.

You should be looking at around a £7k discount but that is including a £3k contribution if you take out a PCP. depending on where you are I can put you in touch with a great bloke in a local dealership to me who sorted out a very competitive offer for me on a new S4 and also an A3 I ordered for a friend. If you are looking for a factory build then may be worth hanging on a bit for better offers - sounds like the order book for the new facelift has either not been opened yet or only just and little information on build slots. Not much incentive to discount factory orders for the moment but plenty of info on rs246 of cancelled orders or fresh cars sitting unregistered in showrooms if you want a pre-facelift deal.
The new facelift brochure is up on the Audi website, somewhat disappointed they have removed the homelink option - it's only a small thing but hoping it is an oversight rather than an Audi across the range discontinuing.
