Nice

Was there some rage in the 70s or 80s to put those green and blue toilets in?

Looks very nice.

On a more serious note; having just dome something very similar, I do hope you have a good extractor fitted. I do (and have a heated mirror, etc, etc,), and still it leaves some behind.

Sorry about the sideways pictures.

Yes have gone for a really powerful extractor fan in the ceiling, really sucks up all the stream after a shower and bath!

Looks tidy. Did you do it all yourself?

I’m doing mine at the moment and it's taking an absolute age to get finished. I started it back in June. Should be finished by Christmas... I’m doing it all myself and usually only get one day at the weekend to do it.

No didn't do it myself, if I did I think it would be like a scene from the Titanic movie.

Cost breakdown, Labour 2.3K including Electrician, plasterer, tiler and plumber.
Bathroom Suite (including taps, shower, radiator, lights extractor fan, plasterboard etc. paint) about 1.5K
Tiles about 1.2k

So about 5K in total.

Took a few weeks to do as there was some delays - I needed more tiles due to the cuts, and they were out of stock.

Brown wink definitely seems to be all the rage these days. Looks good. I did initially think the top ones were the finished product and would have left the thread without posting (let's face it not everyone has loads of money to spend).

I will be interested to hear how long term cleaning and maintenance goes with those tiles goes. I am just wondering if they will be high maintenance.

Hi,

That is really smart in what looks like quite a compact space, our bathroom is next on the tick list of improvements as presently working on the garden.

Would be interested to know the size of your room ?

Yesit was to hide soil pipe.
If you needed a box to hide the soil pipe could you have had a concealed cistern in that space too?

I've just put one in my shower room and got one ready for bathroom return. Envirovent 100. Some good reviews/videos online. I used solid duct so made it a bit more noisy but it seems good and is still very quiet!
