The parking sensors on my 07 Mini are playing up . Sometimes work fine , others just bleep constant for about 5secs then nothing even though theres nothing behind . How do I remove them from bumper ? or is it something else I need to check ?

Are they clean? The control box is in the boot stuffed down behind one of the panels I think, maybe disconnect one sensor at a time to see which is faulty and replace that one ?

They are a bit of a nightmare.
My wife's 03 cooper had a faulty sensor which obviously stops them all working (common sense).
They are horrendously expensive from Mini but I got one from a breaker for £33.
You have to take the bumper off and fiddle around with them but this one started working again before I got any further than finding screws that wouldn't undo so I've just left it for the last few months and it seems ok so far.

Give them all a good clean first.
You can get someone with a fault reader to see which one is faulty (listening is only ok if you have ears like a bat).

What annoys me is that I had a perfectly good aftermarket system installed by, I think, Road Radio or Car Sounds, in my JCW for £149!!!!
