Not me but my best man who's been a good mate for a lot of years - his mum's German which is why he's fluent, worked in sales at an average level all his life, being made redundant at 59 frown Would consider contract/ perm/ part time but unless it's something very special would need to be commutable from Nottingham.

He should really be looking at German companies wanting a sales rep in the UK, I don;t know what the German web sites are that would offer that. Also worth looking for expat web sites with Swiss and German companies - word of mouth might help.

I was after similar but in a French speaking role a few years back. Sadly, languages are not as respected or valued as they once were and the pay was barely above minimum wage frown

A school friend of mine runs an agency, and is looking for a Sales Exec with European language skills for a Midlands based licenced merchandise company if of interest

SDL have offices in Sheffield and Maidenhead. I believe having multiple languages is a real benefit to them of any employee that works for them.
